Classic Negroni

The definitive recipe for the iconic Florentine aperitivo. Equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, stirred to perfection.

Use 1 oz each of gin, Campari and red vermouth. This version stirs them in a mixing glass for 20–30 seconds, then strains over fresh ice and finishes with orange peel. Let the chilled taste guide the dilution.
