Grom describes a lemon sorbet based on juice, water and sugar, using Siracusa lemons in its own recipe. La Marca uses lemon sorbet and Prosecco in a Sgroppino; Villa Massa offers a limoncello variation. Neither version makes every lemon sorbet an alcoholic dessert.
