The Arancia Rossa di Sicilia consortium includes juice among the uses of its fruit. A generic blood-orange juice is not automatically made from protected Sicilian oranges: check the actual fruit and origin.
Try it in the kitchen
Our suggestion: try it in a Garibaldi variation. Campari’s own recipe calls for fresh orange juice, without requiring blood oranges.
